This year's Ultimate Cadet Challenge will be held from 2-4 February 2018 at the Camp Blanding Joint Training Center near Starke, Florida.  Squadrons from across the Florida Wing will converge with their best to compete in several events, such as the Urban Direction Finding, Drill & Ceremonies, Uniform Competition, and a Civil Air Patrol Knowledge Base Test. Experience this year's new challenge, Geocaching.  There will be a Dining-In Awards dinner, and celebration of the three top teams.  Only one team will have the distinction of being the "Ultimate" UCC Champs for the Florida Wing.  Each team is comprised of four cadets. To register go to:  WWW.FLWG.US.

There are a number of Cadet and Senior staff positions available that need to be filled.  Cadet staff applications are currently being accepted for Operations, Admin, Safety, Food Services, Public Affairs, and Logistics.  Senior staff positions include Finance, Logistics, Safety, Communications, Health Services, Admin, Operations, Food Services, Event Marshals, and Public Affairs.  Team escorts will serve as Safety/Training Officers. Applications should include a brief resume of your skills, qualifications, and past experience.  All applications for support staff will be emailed to UCC2017@flwg.us.
